"Nina's steady hand throughout the process was helpful and reassuring but she really outdid herself when Air New Zealand stopped carrying pet cargo at the last minute. She worked hard to find other options and always had our dog's wellbeing at the forefront of her mind. Nina also showed extraordinary empathy and communication skills in dealing with us in our heightened emotional state as our dog made a much longer than anticipated journey.
