  • Hello. How are you doing? I hope you’re doing okay. And if you’re not feeling alright, that is validated, too. In the beginning of this, I felt scared. The minute I feel like I can’t control what’s happening with my business, I start to get anxious. I feel safe and comfortable using my platform to share my feelings, because they are real, and we’re all human at the end of the day. My feed can be made of pretty portraits I’ve taken, and wedding inspiration, but I also want to be real Today, I feel fine. I know there’s still uncertainty, but I am okay. I am alive, I am healthy, I have been reading and cooking a lot more, and I’ve been going on walks and spending more time listening to nature in my backyard (so many nature sounds back here!). I also am SO appreciative of the front-liners, and the essential workers. Thank you times a million, we see you. I also see the difficulties my couples are going through, and witness the struggles of my fellow business friends. My heart sinks every time I think about it! The biggest thing that’s helping me get through is that we are not alone. On the bright side, I’m choosing to find spark wherever I can. Even in the littlest tiniest things. I’m choosing to remind myself we will come out with a solution one way or another. There has to be a way out. There has to be a happy ending To my couples, I understand you have wedding visions and dreams. It’s okay to feel hurt and heartache because it didn’t plan out the way you want it to! It could be a time to think creatively, and still have a dreamy wedding whatever the option may be. I am going to be your sidekick and cheerleader through it all. I’ll still give you my best and create magic as I’ve always planned to. I’ll still show up and celebrate with you! Your team is still here, and we will do whatever it takes to make it work for you! With that said, this is my dose of checking in with you, and a reminder that we’re human. Choose to see the spark! Wherever that is. //
