Just in time for Mother's Day — it's launch day! Congrats to @muhturnl on their new website 🎉 Using the visual elements and style they established on social media, we created a feminine and detailed site. All of the details and imagery reflects their mission of helping mothers experience motherhood on their own terms. How I conduct a monthly business audit 👇🏽 With April behind us (uh, how?) I'm spending this morning looking over my numbers and conducting an internal review. Here's what I track and look for: ▫️ Revenue: How much did I make this month? What services brought in the most revenue? ▫️ Inquiries + leads: Am I attracting the right people? What were my conversion rates? ▫️ Website review: Is all of the information on my website up to date? Are there any projects, features or wins to add to my site? What is my traffic telling me? ▫️ Marketing: Which marketing channels are bringing in the most leads? Where is my time best spent? ▫️ Calendar + availability: How many spots are available this month? Am I going to be out of office or do I need to schedule in any admin days? Do you audit your business regularly? Let me know in the comments if there is anything else you track 🖥️ 
The weather's getting nicer, I've enjoyed my fair share of mocktails lately and I just wrapped up my highest revenue month ever 🙌🏽 So far, I like you May. What are you looking forward to or celebrating this month?
