Firefly (titibasana) is easily one of the hardest yoga poses! It takes some flexibility, balance, strong wrists, and a whole lotta strength! Just like anything, this pose also takes a lot of practice and determination. 💪
Walking outside, giving a hug, going to yoga class, surprising someone... Whatever makes you smile? More of that, please!
