Floor Seated Pull Ups⠀ 🍩progress through varging bent knee postions to increase the level of diffcults and build strength ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 2. Hanging Scapular Retraction⠀ 🍩gettgin out the hole is on og the toughest parts of the pull up. This exercies will help you build stranght in the mid traps and teach you how to engae your back instead of foscing on the pull with the arms⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 3.
