Delicious meal @pompette_to last night. Herring with potatoes & horseradish crème fraîche, leeks vinaigrette (not pictured). German pinot, sweetbreads with morels & peas, fish on thick slice of celeriac. Proper crème caramel (enjoyed not photographed).
