You CAN do it!
Did you set big goals for 2020? This year I felt myself resisting setting goals for the year. It felt too heavy, too much pressure. I gave myself time to just sit with my thoughts and feelings. What feels the best? Instead of “pushing” myself to set goals, I got super clear on how I wanted to feel and what would bring me the greatest joy. That feels so much better and brings excitement and hope! Now it feels right to set my goals from that place of fun. On my terms. Not being dictated by the calendar or what everyone else is doing or pushing. So if you feel like you’re behind, or stuck, or you’ve fallen off the wagon this year….. Give yourself some grace and compassion. You’ve got this. Your life is on your timeline. I’m here cheering you on!

I'm not going to lie, today I just wanted to sit on the couch and watch Friends on Netflix. . My To-do list felt overwhelming, the house was a mess, and I just felt unmotivated. . Tuesdays are my day off from teaching, and I don't know about you, but when I have a huge block of space I can procrastinate with the best of them. . So I watched 1 episode. . Then I laced up my shoes and did a HIIT workout. It's amazing how movement can totally reframe your attitude. See ya later procrastination! . How do you beat procrastination?
