Anxiety used to consume me. I would be up all night worrying which led to more worrying about lack of sleep. I know I’m not alone in this especially among moms and entrepreneurs. I’ve learned some tools to combat anxiety disorder and have felt impressed to share: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Prepare for the next day every night: set out clothes, pack bags, as much of breakfast prep you can. It’ll allow you to sleep without playing through your list of to dos and things to remember in your head. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Brain dump. Take your journal or notes on your phone and write everything that’s worrying you and write down any lists you need to make. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Black journal. Write a letter to the person or thing that’s stressing you out and rip it up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Peace rub on oil from Doterra and a few deep breaths. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Use a calendar for everything!! And use the notes in each event to write down everything you need to know so you have less stuff floating around your brain you’re trying to remember. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤 Get up and work on something on your to do list.
