Hey y’all, hope this message finds you in good health. Since opening our doors 3 months ago we’ve had the privilege to serve the Truckee/Tahoe area and in that short time we’ve experienced first-hand the love and support our community has for one another. It’s been a beautiful thing to witness and in these chaotic times that spirit sustains us all. It’s understandable to be scared when there is so much uncertainty, but we are certain of one thing: we will rise above and overcome this challenge together and come out stronger on the other side. In the meantime, in the interest of everyone’s health and safety, the Good Wolf will be limiting tasting room operations to to-go and curbside pickup orders only until things chill out. Now more than ever we are grateful for your patronage. Each to-go purchase makes a difference for our employees and small business. Thank you, and keep feeding your good wolf. 🐺🌕

This beauty lights up the horizon with notes of fresh squeezed citrus, pulpy grapefruit, and a full bodied texture and sweetness balanced by blood orange acidity. We delicately dry hopped with a gorgeous crop of @royfarms_hops organic centennial (one of our favorites) to bring a bright, punchy grapefruit aroma that blends with the citrusy aromatics.
