  • A little peak at what I was up to yesterday with this gorgeous woman with a kind, loving heart! Sherry Navoy is competing in the Maxim Cover Girl 2019 contest to win the money for her own personal battle with infertility! October is also Inferitlity & Pregnancy Loss Awareness month; I too have struggled with infertility and was never able to have more than one child and never will! I do believe my son was a miracle and I am so very lucky to have him; but that does not erase the pain of wanting more and being told your body can't;it's broken!! Sherry and her husband are going through this same struggle and I would love to see her win!! I was thrilled and happy to help when she reached out to ask me to help her create some new photos as she moves on to the semi-finals to update her board on the contest. In a way this contest has been very therapeutic for me and at times even a distraction. For many that don't know me personally (as I am very private) My husband and I have been trying for baby #2 for over 4 years. In the last 3.5 years I have had 4 miscarriages and 2 surgeries. I was diagnosed with Asherman's Syndrome earlier this year and therefore each pregnancy sadly ended with a miscarriage. What people might not know or understand about infertility is that is doesn't just affect you physically. It drains you- mentally, it puts stress on your relationship, it can leave you feeling broken, hopeless, helpless and alone. But since entering this contest I have been amazed at the out poor of encouraging words, private messages from woman and conversation with men who have dealt with infertility. Regardless of the outcome of this contest I feel like I've already won. LMAO as he went straight for the Pac-Man snapping teeth at Kyrstin; she laughed while she tried to escape him...and if you knew these two you would know I captured a perfect moment and the essence of the two of them right there!
