You’re looking at the trimmings and pulp from this week’s batch of ginger and rhubarb booch. Everything goes into the composter by the side of the brewery, that compost is then mixed in with the vegetable patch where we grow rhubarb to go back into our Kombucha! Talk about full circle, nothing goes to waste here 🙂 #recycled
