  • The entrepreneur culture may be tired of the word and notion of leadership - but it’s really the backbone of all business keeping you upright, moving forward and even helping you get your ass out of bed in the morning... all of it requires self-leadership. As a natural leader, the past two years have been a humbling experience, leading myself through so much internal growth + changes - I haven’t felt comfortable to share my process. But it certainly has deepened my clarity, fierce conviction + my capacity to be a better mentor + leader than I would’ve otherwise. I spent years constantly looking outside of myself to find the “right” leader and coach but never found it.
