Do you feel like nutrition info is always conflicting? One day, for example, eggs are healthy while the next they’re not? Although from day-to-day or even month-to-month it may seem that nutrition info is conflicted that’s actually not the case. Take a look at dietary recommendations from 2015-2020 and compare them back to 1977 McGovern Report (the first dietary recommendations) and you’ll come to some eye-opening revelations. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! 🙌🏻 (Link in bio)
Ethical decisions in our profession is something we all face regularly. This is true in all sorts of work settings and environments. Thank you @americandairyne and DAND for sponsoring my talk!
Looking for a delicious, simple recipe— that makes you feel that you just ate a restaurant? This Coconut Lime Flounder is cooked 15 minutes in parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and guess what?!? There’s no clean up (use the parchment paper as your plate!). This recipe also works nice for meal prep— You can make your few packs and just pop them in the oven when you’re ready to cook them. ... You can find the recipe in my bio and in my book The Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook.
