It’s an...Aries! If you’ve wondered why I’ve disappeared off social media, it’s because I’ve been too sick to care about pretty much anything then taking care of my family and growing this baby. I thought my autoimmune was more in control than maybe it actually was, because it’s showing it’s true colors...and they’re less pretty than I’d hoped. Oddly enough I found out I was pregnant the day I went live with this account! Also this will give us all 3 fire signs in our home! 😳😆

Happy anniversary babe! Monroe was throwing up, Ford was crying from an earache and I was too tired to even shower today... and you love me more for it. Thank you for being the greatest partner in it all. 9 years married, 11 1/2 together. Cheers to another year.

Something to think about for your Sunday. No matter the sadness, loss or concerns...you will heal. It’s ok to be sad and it’s ok to not be ok. Knowing when to make a change or ask for help can mean everything or your future self. Speaking from experience. 😉❤️

How awesome is this!! If you’ve ever wondered how long it takes to make real change here you are! Now is the time to make those changes! Also just Want to say I don’t totally love this picture. It’s a false persona that if you eat healthy you will be skinny and if you don’t eat healthy you’ll be less skinny. I think we all know this isn’t true. We all know people that eat total crap and are still skinny or eat super healthy food and still aren’t the weight they would prefer to be. That there’s other considerations lead to a persons size than just what you’re eating. One thing I know for sure is eating healthy is a great place to start and eating healthy no matter the size you are or want to be is the right decision.

What is the 2nd greatest principle in life? ❤️ Seeing your problem and your suffering as your best friend, fuel source and resource. ❤️ The 1st is love. Think about anyone you’ve ever looked up too, whether historical, current or fictional. What is one thing they have in common? Suffering. The one thing you have to have to be resilient is...suffering. I’ve been listening to a podcast about resilience the last couple of days. It’s a word that has so many different meanings to each of us and is one of those words that immediately reminds me of experiences in my life that have brought me resilience. They range from painful to gut wrenching, heartbreakingly painful. We all have something our minds and hearts go to. The dark and the heavy. I then think about attributes that form resilience like hard work, determination, perseverance...etc. but where does it come from? It comes from within; our ability to use our current and past trauma and use our pain for a cause and purpose. Just think whenever someone has said you can’t, or when you have felt taken advantage of or that life has thrown something extreme your way, train yourself to use it as motivation to prove that you can, you will, you’re strong, you’re brave or if nothing else that you will continue forward anyway, because you have to. You’re future self needs you to. The human condition is made to mess up. What not ok is to give up. You have to give yourself grace and self forgiveness. ❤️
