制作は自宅でしています。
ホームページで見せているこのような写真を撮れるような景色は我が家にはありません。
実際は２枚目のような状態で、大型作品制作中となると足の踏み場もございません。
でも掃除機はかけたいので、移動させやすいよう、材料のほとんどは何かしらのトレーに乗っています。
I work on my paintings at home.
The kind of scenery you see in the photos on my website doesn’t actually exist in my house.
In reality, my workspace often looks more like the second photo, and when I’m working on large-scale pieces, there’s barely any room to step.
Still, I want to be able to run the vacuum cleaner, so most of my materials are placed on trays so they can be moved easily.

I sometimes mutter sounds like these while working.
It might be a bit like a witch simmering a poisoned apple at midnight.

私は作品の質問を受けると300%くらいの勢いで話しすぎてしまうところがあるのですが(欠点)、自分が前面に出ずとも、世界観が一瞬で伝わる奇跡のような音に出会いました。
ハンドパン。金属でできた円盤型の打楽器です。
ページはこの音を聞きながらご覧いただけます。

太古の昔から未来までをすぅぅっと漂う、不思議なゆらぎのある音色です。
金属ですが、水面の響きのよう。

On the production side, updates and added information are steadily progressing.
When I receive questions about my work, I tend to explain far too much—about 300% too much, actually (one of my flaws).
But I encountered an almost miraculous sound that conveys the world of my work instantly, without me stepping forward at all.
The handpan.
A circular percussion instrument made of metal.
You can explore the site while listening to this sound.

Its tone drifts gently from ancient times into the future, carrying a mysterious sense of fluctuation.
Though made of metal, it resonates like ripples on water.
The music is by @shimo_yutaka.

制作"初期段階"は、何かしら挟んでパネルを底上げして制作しています。パネルの下の、白いやつ。
絵の具垂れによる床にへの張りつき回避、高さ調整、安定した重み、という点で私はスチールの仕切り板を此度より使い始めているのだけど、これがほんとに良き、です。
サイズ展開もいくつかあるし、ある程度描画が進んだら避けて重ねて収納できるスマートさも気に入っている。

In the early stage of my painting process, I always raise the panel slightly by placing something underneath it — that white thing you see below.
To prevent paint drips from sticking to the floor, to adjust the height, and to add a stable sense of weight, I recently started using steel partition plates. Honestly, they’re really good.
They come in several sizes, and once the painting reaches a certain stage, I like how they can be set aside and stacked neatly for storage. Very smart and practical.
