Last sunday, when working on some liftkits, my right thumb got caught in my huge grinding machine and it ground it down in a split second. Safety is always very important to me. I always wear eye protection, hearing protection and when needed a respirator. But there will always be a chance for an accident. My finger is badly damaged, but luckily the nerves and muscles are not (too) damaged, so it still functions. But the wound is pretty severe and will need a lot of time to heal and it will probably leave an ugly scar. For now all production is on hold untill the wound is healed enough to start using my right hand again. Good thing, and healing, take time...
Finally found a decent offroad path to test the lifted 240. It’s doing really well!
All plastic on the front of my car was so discolored it almost turned white. So I took a can of bodyschutz and gave it a quick spray over.
