June 26, 2020 Update As we continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and navigate the State and County guidelines for reopening, we provide these updates and reminders for our customers. Protocols Masks are required for entrance into and while in TSPC. They are highly recommended, but are not required for on ice exercise activities. LA County Health Guidelines Link http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/media/Coronavirus/docs/protocols/Reopening_FitnessEstablishments.pdf Please be advised that beginning Monday, June 29th there will be no locker rooms available for putting your bags in. It is recommended that you come dressed, ready to skate with minimal equipment. PLEASE- do not change in the facility. If you bring a bag or put on skates you may use the area in the stands by the rink, under one of the Group #1 or Group #2 signs. Please social distance when using these designated areas. Additional reminders: ONLY PARTICIPANTS that have been health screened are allowed in the downstairs area. If you need assistance please ask the staff at the welcome tent for help. The North Pond Door is for Participants & Coaches ENTRANCE ONLY. DO NOT exit out of this door regardless of which ice surface your activity is on. Please proceed to the Main Stairs in front of the Skate Counter to the second floor, then exit out of the Main Front Doors. For Freestyle and Hockey Fitness Sessions, please CALL IN and pay by 7:00PM the day prior to reserve your space on the ice . This allows our staff to prepare the rosters for check in and handle the calls coming in for the next day of reservations. It also helps to limit the exposure of our staff in Guest Services. While we understand that these protocols are not our normal mode of operation, we appreciate your help in staying within our reopening guidelines. Your cooperation greatly helps our staff take care of everyone effectively and enables them to be as safe as possible while doing so.
