How does a book get made? Altie Karper, Editor at @penguinrandomhouse, presented to our 5th graders the in-depth process of creating a book, from illustrations to printing and binding.
Last night we celebrated our student athletes at a beautiful sports banquet with delicious food and deserved awards! We are proud of all our MDS Mavericks teams and players and the way they represented our school over the season. 🏀🏒⚽️🏆#teamwork #sportsmanship

After painting Jewish individuals who they felt served as great role models, our 7th Grade artists displayed their Jewish Hall of Fame exhibit at @yeshiva_university @centerforjewishhistory 🎨 Dr. Leon Pachter, Chief of Surgery at NYU Langone, stopped by to view his portrait painted by Devorah Deutsch and Rabbi Gideon Shloush viewed his portrait created by his daughter Avigayil.
