The final session of the Fall at @neumanskitchen was spent making pierogies! Some students were unfamiliar with pierogies and were able to taste the classic Polish dish for the first time. At the end of the session students were able to wrap some up and take them home! Wednesday at the first meeting with the Port Authority of NY&NJ!! Students watched videos of the building of the Freedom Tower and then explored the World Trade Center site.
