I really need a nature break. What about you?! I’m not getting my usual amount of nature time lately and I can tell it’s affecting me. So I’m sharing one of my favorite photos to inspire myself (and maybe you too) to get outside again. This view is from my window. These geese visit us every year. The first few years we lived here I used to run out on my decks the moment I heard the geese squawking. I got incredible shots like this. Now I don’t race out my decks but whenever I get a glimpse of them taking flight it’s always a moment to stop, pause, and appreciate all that is. #nature #naturebreak #geese #bouldercolorado #slowdown #takeadeepbreath #natureishealing

I mean side part forever. Or whatever. I’m fully back to my 80’s hair self. I did have the middle part during my thirties, forties and even took my 50th birthday shots with middle part. But I’m so over it. Also I’ve never touched my eyebrows because I grew up with Brooke Shields eyebrows in the 70’s! Grateful for that one. Ha, turns out this “side part-middle part” is between GenZ and Millennials!!! See, this is me trying to have any say on memes or pop culture, I’m so out of the loop! #genx #sidepart #hair #50s #whatever #oldermom #selfie #eyebrows #middlepartsidepart

Dear Money Adventurer, I have some exciting news for you today, friend. You asked if it was too late to join The Art of Money program. Well, in the past, we have only offered enrollment twice a year. Now, all of that has changed. We are thrilled to announce that we have officially shifted our program to an evergreen model. That means you can join Art of Money, get access to the program immediately, and start your one-year cycle anytime. As soon as you’re ready to get started, you’ll have immediate access to the first module to kick off your 12-month cycle. Not only will you get content and resources, but you’ll also have the safe space, support, and collective wisdom of our community along the way. Here you can explore our private forum (where all the alumni guides hang out), find guidance and connection, AND join live monthly coaching calls with me. One of our core community values is to allow space and provide support so that everyone can engage with the program in their own timing. There is a clear framework to guide you along your journey, but the path is yours to carve. Our new model allows us to support this concept even more. Don’t worry, the program itself will be the same. The only difference is that everyone will begin and end their Art of Money journey in different places — in just the same way that our individual money relationships grow and evolve. Instead of being stuck waiting for the next launch cycle, you can sign up now, and you’re in. Enjoy the freedom to go at your own pace because you’ve got the next 12 months — and access to content for years to come! Wherever you find yourself in your relationship to money, you are welcome here. Pssst… want to bring a friend? You can join with your partner/best friend/mama/neighbor/cousin and have a buddy to share the journey. We introduced our AOM Buddy rate a few months ago, and the response has been absolutely incredible. Not only do you both save a little money when you sign up together, but you also have a companion on the new path ahead. Personal support is an integral part of the Art of Money, and we are so excited to be able to offer this opportunity. More details in profile link.

#tbt One year ago right before everything changed. It was a Saturday. We were post soccer game eating brunch in Denver at one of my favorite restaurants @panzanodenver - Northern Italian amazingness. It’s one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday. We were getting ready to leave for Barcelona, Spain in a few weeks for a big adventure and then big soccer tournament for our boy in Salou, Spain. And then everything changed. This was a staring contest that looked serious but it was not. And they both have not had as-good hair days since this day! So much has changed. I can’t take photos of my guys right now but I still could then. I hope too again in the future. I can’t wait to visit this restaurant when the weather is nice and we’ll sit outside. Soccer has started again (outside) for our boy and that is so important for all of us. This is me trying to make some sense of this last year like so many of us are. And also I’m wanting to share my guys with you. This is who I see all day and all night, every day and every night. This is who I now cook for and share my creations with. And over breakfast today, I was making funny yelling sounds just to break up some of the monotony. They thought I was hilarious. And that is good. #myfamily #myfamily❤️ #tbt❤️ #tb #motherhood #husband #fatherandson #denver #denvercolorado #brunch

This visual is from PattieBelle Hastings @mindfulmarks who is one of the alumni guides in our Art of Money program. I can't explain how HAPPY this makes me to see this visual. It's a drawing that she made during one of our recent community coaching calls for the Art of Money members. BTW: our Art of Money program is now officially evergreen! (no more launching) This means you can join the program today or the moment you are ready to start. As soon as you’re ready to start, you’ll immediately get access to the 1st module, and you will kick off your 12-month cycle. Not only will you get access to the content, you’ll have access to all the community components as well. This includes the live monthly coaching calls with Bari, the private forum (where all the alumni guides hang out), and the opportunity to join and go through the program with a buddy. The program itself will be the same, with the only difference being that everyone will be starting and ending their Art of Money journey in different places. One of our main values is supporting everyone to engage with the program in their own timing, even though there is a clear framework and order. This new program model will continue to support this concept even more. So, instead of having to wait for the next launch cycle, you can sign up now, get access immediately, go at your own pace, and have access to your 12-month cycle and content for years to come! If you have any questions, please check out our program page, FAQ. When you are ready to join us, you can sign up - link in profile. We all look forward to supporting you~ With our dearest wishes, Bari + amazing crew #financialtherapy #financialtherapist #somatictherapy #financialliteracy #emotionalliteracy #financialhealth #financialcoach #creative #creativepreneur

What do Menopause and Financial Therapy have in common?! When I started my own perimenopausal journey four years ago, I talked about it everywhere I could. Eventually, my explorations led me to stumble across @thewoolfer I was so excited to find a place where folks were openly talking about all things life and womanhood after forty. The Woolfer is a community for menopausal, book-loving, sex-loving women! Here I found exactly what I needed. I was inspired by this magical space, this company of women who could relate to everything I was going through. It was like I had been holding my breath, and here I found a safe place to land. I have to tell you, I soon found myself harboring a secret wish to be interviewed by Nina Collins @ninalorezcollins , founder of The Woolfer community. I longed to connect with the person who had created this space that I so needed and was so grateful to find. So, when Nina reached out a few months ago after finding me on Instagram, it was a quick yes for me! How I love synchronicity when connections happen to fall into place like this naturally, unexpectedly effortless. Nina had no idea that I was already a fan of The Woolfer or that I’d been quietly yearning for this exact opportunity to unfold. We shared a beautiful conversation, diving into the heart of financial therapy, exploring the Art of Money work, and what that looks like in the context of real, human lives. Although I’m especially thrilled to introduce women who can relate to life after 40 to The Woolfer, this interview is for everyone in the Art of Money community. While this interview really is all about my financial therapy work, I’m so happy to introduce you all to their community as well. So, find a moment to steep yourself a cup of your favorite tea, grab the dark chocolate you stashed away on the top shelf of that cupboard, and join us. When you’re comfy cozy, watch the interview below. {Link in profile} #financialtherapy #menopause #womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment #womeninbusiness #womenempoweringwomen #womeninspiringwomen
