I first met Molly when she was four or five. Her Mama and I became fast friends as newbies in the neighborhood and between us we had six girls! Boy has Molly come a long way. At the last minute I had to bump Conner's pictures up because rain was coming in. Conner's parents REALLY wanted to be a part of his pictures but they were driving home from California that day. This family is part of FDD group. (Friends Do Dinner) So a few times a year somebody hosts and all families who can make it come. The 'friends' part of the name goes all the way back to college. Jasper will be heading off to Cal Poly to study engineering next year. Unfortunately he didn't get to finish his senior year with a triumphant track season but he's thinking about doing some running while he's in California. I asked all of my seniors to bring along an assistant along for their cap and gown sessions. Since I had to stay six feet away I needed somebody to help with hats and hair. Most brought a parent but Zach brought his sister. Shane is headed off to WashU to study engineering next year. Apparently this is the school you want to go to if you are a fan of swag. Ha! While doing cap and gown photos for my seniors I highly recommended they bring along something to represent what they were going to do next. Where was life going to take them? Jaden brought along his Eastside Fire and Rescue shirt. His plan is to get his AA and then to attend the firefighter academy. Love that! He's been involved as a cadet for a few years so this is a natural extension for him and something he is passionate about.
