If you leave Fornalutx early enough, walk down the hill through Biniaraix, cross the road and head up to the tiny hamlet of Binibassí and then follow the old cart track back to Fornalutx, you can be back in the square, sipping a cortado in the shade of an old plane tree, just as the bakery opens its doors and the village stirs to life. ☕️🐓
