I truly believe that your thought patterns, lifestyle habits and food choices are what determines the destiny of your health. In 1990 around the world, most years of healthy life were lost to undernutrition, such as diarrheal disease in malnourished children, but now the greatest burden is attributed to high blood pressure, a disease of OVERnutrition.
