  • “The gin and tonic drink has saved more Englishmen’s lives, and minds, than all the doctors in the Empire.” Ever wonder where this infamous quote by Winston Churchill stems from? It turns out that it dates back to the 19th Century, when the Brits colonized India, only to be confronted with deadly spikes in malaria. The best remedy turned out to be quinine, a bitter compound that came from the bark of the cinchona tree. To make it more palatable, they diluted it in sugar water, thus creating the earliest form of tonic. A splash of gin, a dash of lime, and the infamous G&T was born! In honor of our reopening this Thursday, we have created a new menu of ten unique Gin & Tonics. Each drink has a different pairing and flavor palatte, created by our Beverage Director, Brendan Bartley. We look forward to welcoming you back and introducing you to our new selection of drinks and tonics!

Below is a list of actions we have taken and policies we have adopted to prepare for our opening. We cannot wait to see you back in our booths! 🛁 Professional cleaning of all our air ducts. 🛁 Installation of UV lights in our HVAC system to eliminate germ and bacteria and ensure optimal air quality. 🛁 Installation of medical-grade HEPA filter air purifier. 🛁 Contactless menus, accessible by QR Codes. 🛁 Limited seating with tables spaced out at least six feet apart. 🛁 Temperature checks for our staff and guests. 🛁 Hand sanitizer at stations, at the entrance, and on every table. 🛁 Rigorous and meticulous cleaning and sanitization of frequently used spaces. 🛁 Staff training on adhering to CDC guidelines and following all safety procedures. 🛁 Equipping staff with masks, gloves and other protective gear.
