My first trip to Israel was just weeks before the global lockdown in 2020. When I reflect on that first trip, I have changed a lot from then to now and so has the nation of Israel.
It is important that while we are focusing on our own consuming lives, we do not forget about the global issues around us that require great attention and prayer.
As perplexing and complicated as these situations can seem on a national, political and personal level, I still believe Jesus is able to calm the raging and threatening seas. However, it is our job as His people to be accepting of whatever the process and outcome of creating that calm may look like.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. - Isaiah 55:8
Comment below “I’m in” if you are willing to partner with me in prayer concerning the global needs at hand.

Thanks to @Israelcollective, I just completed my first trip of 2024: Israel
Although I knew this would be a unique time to be in Israel, I originally planned to chronicle my experience in real time. However, once I landed I decided to create more margin for the sensitivity required regarding what I was about to learn and experience.
Over the next few days I look forward to sharing a recap of some of the things I witnessed and more.

I have been back in the US for a while now (currently in California) and I am looking forward to the upcoming holidays.
As we approach Thanksgiving, I wanted to share the last leg of my European adventures.
After having a beautiful time in Italy, I headed to Paris! When leaving Italy, we experienced several delays via trains, planes and automobiles which resulted in unplanned overnight hotel stays, several detours and extreme fatigue - but, thank God, we arrived safely!
All I can remember is thinking how the interference and seeming resistance was indicative of the process required for purpose and how the people who journey with you have to be just as equipped to walk with you through the mud as they are on solid ground.
Was it that the enemy did not want us to see the Eiffel Tower? Or enjoy the delicious food? No, He aimed to prevent the encounters, interactions and assignments we had once we got there!
I am immensely grateful for God’s faithfulness through it all and how He used us and met us!
@ywamparisconnect - thank you for having me! God is faithful! 🙌🏾
Grateful to be able to add more memories to my #chaunceaxparis files!
Just curious, what are you doing for the holidays?
It is my first time making mac and cheese, yams and greens and more so y’all pray for me! 😝

I am still amazed by the unplanned places God has taken me.
…here’s to beautiful Calabria, Italy and all that God taught me here!
In a few words, how would you describe what God is teaching you right now?

I wanted to drop this little reminder in here for anyone who needs it…
While you are scrolling, I hope you are not comparing your current season to mine or anyone elses.
Although the snippets I share are real and beautiful, they are just moments. There have been so many parts of my journey that were not aesthetic, instagramable or picture worthy but they have been deep, strengthening, privately rewarding and hidden.
Trust your process. Trust your journey and get everything you can out of your current season.
…I’m grateful for everything my eyes have been able to witness while here.

As I enter my 4th week in Italy, I can not believe we will be exiting October in just a few days.
Apart from praying for all the things happening in the world right now, my birthday was sweet and FULL.
I had a private cooking class coupled with an outdoor dinner party under shooting stars which was beautiful.
I started a couple new projects that are really stretching me and I am grateful God loves me enough to help me grow in Him in such a way.
Last but not least - I made a special announcement via YouTube (my email list heard it first)! Click the link in my bio or check out my stories to see it!
What has been the highlight of October so far?

I arrived in Tuscany just in time to celebrate my entrance into 35! 🎉
As I enter this fresh chapter, I am reminded of a vision I saw of a barrel of oil and The Lord telling me “I am preparing to pour you out”.
Like a row of dominos sequentially laid out, I started seeing opportunities, mentors and mentees that have been the tailor made training ground that I needed.
May 35 represent the outpouring of His spirit, in me, through me and for me in greater measures than I have ever experienced before.
In an act of radical obedience, tomorrow I will be sharing some exciting updates with those in my community!
If you are not already connected, click the link in my bio so you can be the first to know!
THANK YOU for the kind words, encouragement, quotes and scriptures.…I love you!

Oftentimes we are so deep in the thick of our journeys that we fail to take the time to pause and recognize the many God-winks along the way.
So, in honor of us officially entering into the last season of the year, I thought I would highlight some of my favorite memories from the previous season!
From trying a beignet for the first time while connecting with Jesus filled sisters in Louisiana, hanging out with my chosen family in ATL, D.C., South Carolina and Texas, spending precious time in Palm Springs, doing a deep dive into 1 Kings, every spontaneous LA beach day, cuddling my favorite babies and many other adventures in between - the last few months were one for the books.
I am extremely grateful for the blessings, fellowship and lessons and I think God shifted my plans many times and changed my next destination so I could pick up keys critical for me to be unlocked and correctly postured for the upcoming levels of responsibility, stewardship and authority.
Also, shout out to every person not pictured because we were so in the moment, it didn’t even cross our minds to capture it!
…The way I looked a hot mess most of the time while with them was so freeing and reassuring. I’m just grateful to have friendships you don’t have to be “on” for!
Take a moment to reflect on the last 3 months and comment down below with a highlight from your last season.

Although I am currently in D.C. (and just left ATL and a few other states/cities), the last time I checked in, I had just returned to LA from Colorado.
Shortly after, I found myself spending some precious quality time in Palm Springs.
As I explored the terrain, it amazed me how God took me from the mountains of Colorado where it was snowing in May to shortly thereafter bringing me to the deserts of California where the weather reached a peak of 118 degrees while I was there.
It made me think of a quote I once heard from @kathielgifford :
“I’ve been in the desert as much as I’ve been on the mountain top but I’ve learned my biggest lessons from the desert.”
If you find yourself in a desert season, be encouraged!
The enemy would want one to feel shame, doubt, lost and hopeless during desert seasons, however, if placed in Gods hands and maximized intentionally, God is really rewarding one with increased levels of intimacy, identity and creativity!
Whatever season you find yourself in currently, squeeze all the lessons and blessings out of it as you can.
“And the child continued to grow and to become strong in spirit, and he lived in the deserts until the day of his public appearance to Israel.” - Luke 1:80
I’m curious, how would you describe the season you’re in currently?
Oh and I have so many more updates on the way! 👀
