  • Drinking fluids is crucial in maintaining the proper function of every system in your body. It helps reduce constipation, headaches, kidney stones, and even hangovers. It keep you energized, flushes out toxins, aids weight-loss and helps brain function. *If staying hydrated is difficult for you, here are some tips:* 🍶Keep a bottle of water with you during the day.
🍶Drink water before, during, and after a workout.
🍶If you have trouble remembering to drink water, keep a schedule.
🍶If you don’t like the taste of plain water, try adding fennel seeds, a slice of lemon, etc. *Detox waters are designed to hydrate, refresh, invigorate, and infuse the body with nutrients from the whole foods that are put within them.* Here I am sharing one of my favourite detox water recipes. *Ingredients*
● 1 big lime/orange
● ½ cup fresh mint sprigs
● ½ cup pomegranate seeds
● 1 jug iced water *Directions*
🍀Wash and slice the lime/orange, and rinse the mint.
🍀Place sliced lime and pomegranate seeds into a water jug.
🍀Fill the jug with water, mix and add mint leaves.
🍀Leave to steep overnight in the fridge. *Avoid using bottled water, condensed or bottled fruit juice, sugar or sugar substitutes in your detox water recipes.* Get in touch with us ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
