I’ve always been afraid of making mistakes and being seen as stupid.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt like I had to know all the answers before the question is even asked.
I’ve had the opportunity to dig into this with @laurachenerycoaching, and I found a deep-seated belief that if I do or say something stupid, I am not worthy of belonging. Not worthy of being loved. 😔
Our thoughts and beliefs become our actions, and this subconscious belief has kept me in hiding, afraid of being called out as incapable, wrong, or just plain dumb.
It’s kept me stuck in inaction, always hunting for more knowledge, for more answers to fill that hole of not-enoughness.
Well, no more. I’m coming out of hiding and stepping into the light as the wise and worthy woman I am. It’s well past time.

We’re usually pretty good about knowing what we want and how to get it, but not so great at those two middle parts.
But they’re critical to your success.
The why? That’s the lighthouse in the distance, guiding you toward your destination. Your why keeps you going when you get tired, when you’re in the messy middle, when you’re confronting the obstacles that will crop up.
And knowing what obstacles you’ll face? That’s the sauce. Knowing what can get in the way and having a plan that get around it is the game changer.

Looking to nature, a caterpillar goes on about its work, eating and growing, until it is time to build the cocoon.
Can you imagine if the caterpillar was like, nah, y’all go on ahead, I’m just going to keep on caterpilling? 🐛
That silly caterpillar can’t override nature. And since you’re a part of nature too, you can’t either.
Honor your body’s need for rest and replenishment. Allow the wisdom of your body to tell you what it needs.
Because if you keep caterpilling, you’ll never fly. 🦋]()
