Here at Evo, we don't just sell bikes; we ride them too! With showrooms closed for a few days over Easter, the Evo Crew could be found hitting the trails and making the most of the fine weather from north to south. It was great seeing so many of you out taking advantage of the long weekend too!

Meet Jeremy - our Assistant Crew Leader at Evo Havelock North. Hailing from Wellington, he has now settled in the Bay and is enjoying the riding in the area. He recently made the decision to upgrade his mountain bike, stepping on to one of our Evo exclusive Kona Process 134 CR bikes. Here's what he had to say about his new rig: "I chose the Process 134 CR as it fitted the bill with what I was looking for in trail bike. The carbon frame means it is light and responsive on the likes of Te Mata Peak, climbs well, and is easy to throw around coming down. The GX Eagle drivetrain has the range for nasty ascents, and the G2 RS brakes offer plenty of stopping power on narrow, gnarly descents. The Fox Performance fork and shock absorb all the trail punishment I throw at it on the Peak's flow track too. Fast up, fast down and super smooth - the bike leaves me with a grin after each ride." . . #LetsRideEvo #evocyles #kona

With rain in the forecast for the coming week, a few of our Nelson-based crew, Durand, Matt & Pete, beat the rain over the weekend and went for a gravel cruise out to the Maitai dam, taking in some stunning sights along the way. What's your favourite Gravel loop?
