  • I didn’t know how much I needed this. I have not been prioritizing my own self care over the past several weeks. I haven’t been moving my body like I want to, or need to. Also, my sister-in-law has been here for the past 2 weeks and keeps telling me she will watch the kids so I can get a little time to myself. I FINALLY took her up on it today and went for a long walk today by myself. I’m so grateful for family and “togetherness” during all this turmoil and stress. Even if you can’t get out by yourself, there is so much to be said for some fresh air and some exercise! @kimberlycbabcock we love you! #familytime #goforawalk #getoutside
