I play each hand of the piano separately to make sure they’re rhythm and note perfect, melody is added on a saxophone sound if you’ve requested a note bash. When you go to your rep folder, you want a collated choice of your FAVOURITE, POLISHED songs that you are EXCITED to sing & know you can PERFORM WELL UNDER PRESSURE.
Move works in progress to another folder, take out anything that’s a poor second to something else and don’t sing anything that’s going to make you sick with anxiety before you go in to your audition!
What else do you cull from your folder when you’re having a clear out?
