Tag 3: 2 Parks in 1 Day Paintball. Erst Szenario- und Turnier-Paintball in Lost City Mönchengladbach. Anschließend Delta Operations mit Häuserkampf, Bank ausrauben und Taktik in Hagen. An Tag 2 standen Training mit dem Körpergewicht, Mobility und Atem-Meditation auf dem Plan. Speziell haben wir die Wimhof Atemtechnik eingesetzt, nur durchgängig für 50 Minuten.
