❥ slay ✌🏻 because I’m 36 weeks pregnant, we began renovating the bridgeville location today after many months of being overdue from flooding, and I’m so proud of the tribe that surrounds me to help. I say all the time that nothing I do is possible doing alone. This is true. Our whole bridgeville team has come together to prep for this and my family too. We renovated the studio and spa over the winter & now finishing our last phase in the salon because state laws, roof damage and flooding has never deterred me from moving right along. We will see you all Wednesday! (I will be out of the office and not on my email or the Bridgeville salon phone until we reopen Wednesday!)
❥ real talk about lashes: 1. LESS adhesive is better. You shouldn’t be able to see it. 2. Your lashes shouldn’t hurt when they’re on or growing out. 3. You HAVE to clean them every day. Water isn’t the enemy! Oil & dirt are! 4. Volume lashes are amazing! Pre-made clusters are not volume lashes. Volume lashes ain’t cheap. 5. Your lashes shed daily. For them to shed properly, two or more cannot be stuck or glued to one another. This can cause ingrown hairs and infections! 6. Stacey does amazing volume lashes.

❥ the truth about toners: almost everyone needs one. Especially in this day and age of complete custom colors and wanting to change your style a few times a year. So when do we suggest them? Well, let’s first start with lightening your hair to its desired LEVEL. This means we will remove the pigment/color from your hair to whatever level you’re going for. The babe in this video is lightened to a level 9/10 (the lightest level your hair can go). You can see the toner being worked in and right before your eyes it transforms the yellow-ish level 10 hair to a cool white tone. Once your hair is lightened to its desired shade, we can customize your toner to give you the look you want. (Fun fact: cool toners make even blonde hair look “darker” and warm toners make hair look “brighter”!) A common thing I hear all the time is “I want silver hair but really bright,” which contradicts how silver cool tones really work! And toners aren’t permanent, friends! To keep up with them, we suggest booking a Blowout & Toner Refresh every 4 weeks, using proper hair professional hair care at home to seal in what you can, and adding a Redken Chemshot during your salon appointment to lock it in longer! See ya soon 💁🏼♀️
