Ladies and gents! Today, i’ll be posting a different post 😄 Some of you may have noticed something… a strange silence… and you’re right! I have been working on something different: a new creative endeavor… TATTOOS!
Yes people, this guitar builder now is a tattoo artist as wel 😎 It would be awesome to see you Guys on my new Instagram and Facebook as wel. Today is a special day, for today is the day the first Helvoort Guitars NoX is finished!🎸🤘
It was a hell of a ride, and it has proven to be more difficult than I would have ever imagined 😥, but the result is something to be proud of. Menno (who came up with the name NoX), had a very specific set of wishes, since he has worked as a captain on a boat of some sorts 🛥️. Hence the details are nautical themed: A rope and steering wheel as inlay, there's an anchor on the headstock, and also a compass rose as a soundhole rosette.

It has been a while, but yet another guitar is finished! 🎸🤩
Now I know what you guys might think, "that guitar looks oddly familiar!" right?! And it does! Rene contacted me to buy the very first Helvoort Guitars Hatchet, which wasn't for sale.. So he told me to build him one exactly like it 😎 There are a few small differences though, for example 24 frets as opposed to my Hatches which only has 22. But more on this in the specs below.
