The nerves are really kicking in. But can’t believe we’re almost finished. I’m so glad I took the leap and signed up for the 200hr training. Its not the cheapest course to do but thankfully the payment plan is quite flexible and its been so unbelievably worth it. Yoga has basically gotten me through all these lockdowns so it’s nice to know I’ve used the time wisely to learn more about something I really love. I tend to gravitate towards kindle books more than physical copies but in an attempt to spend less time staring at a screen I’ve been buying book books with no where to put them. For me, when I’m feeling good, self care is tan, nice clothes and doing my makeup. When I’m not 100%? Forget about it. It’s kind of a weird one. I like doing these things to feel good. But don’t feel good and lack motivation and energy. Therefore end up feeling worse cause I don’t feel good about myself. Vicious circle. Self care varies from person to person and is totally down to your own interpretation of it. Could even be as simple as booking into your GP to have a check. Its not just bubble baths and face masks (although this is absolutely what it is to me).
