It was a sun kissed and soulful month on Gili Meno for this truly magical 200 hr YTT. Eight different nationalities (randomly?) came together for a global gathering on a tiny remote island. The lazy pace of lunchtime swims, island strolls and evening stargazing offered plenty of restful moments, which were so well deserved after all the hard physical, mental and emotional effort put forth every day by these dedicated yogis. We truly enjoyed disconnecting from the world to be able to connect with you and each other on a deep level. Thanks for your tirelessly positive attitudes, curiosity, and courage. You are are amazing humans! 💗
To bring about positive changes in body and mind, we must understand our internal currents of energy. This is called Prana in Sanskrit, meaning primary or vital energy. The aim of yoga practice is to increase and direct Prana within the body. Our health, our experiences, and what we create in the world requires a deep understanding of prana and its movement within. Master Prana, master your life!⚡️⚡️⚡️
🙏🏼 Start your day with an #attitudeofgratitude. Write down three things you're grateful for: maybe something or someone magical you encountered this week, or something you're looking forward to in the week ahead. Keep it simple. The small moments may seem small but they are the colorful threads to the larger tapestry of joy! What made your gratitude list? We'd love to hear!
The way we see the world around us is a direct reflection of the world within us. 💫

I am beyond grateful to have spent three amazing weeks surrounded by wonderful nature in the middle of rice fields with Zuna Yoga and 26 other unique girls who all taught me some incredible lessons. How to be kind, grateful, genuine, vulnerable, appreciative, humble, courageous, brave and first and foremost how to live yoga on and off the mat. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to practice with such incredible teachers who I both admire and who became my friends for life. The time I spent with you all has opened up my heart and eyes to the potentials of life which I now want to live. I feel incredibly blessed for all your love, passion and knowledge you have shared with us. And even though the training is over and we all may follow our own paths I am pretty sure that this is just the beginning. 'May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.' 💫 #namaste ~Tatiana, Aug 200hr grad
Salabasana (Locust Pose) is a fantastic foundational backbend, as it strengthens the entire spine and gently stretches the front body without creating excess strain on discs or vertebrae. Sometimes the simplest poses are the most effective! Tell us, what are your favorite juicy basic poses that you swear by in your own practice?🙏🏼
Our students agree...Bali is always a good idea.✨
🐝HMMMMMM 🐝 Bhramari Pranayama helps us withdraw from the external and bring our focus inwards towards our breath. The more we “HMMMMM” the more the connection with the external senses and stimuli are gradually diminished. Try it yourself - focus on the sound and sensation of your own humming and try to clear your head of any other thoughts for a nice little journey inward!
