♥️🔬🥼SCIENCE WEEK - Form 4 enjoyed an exciting Animal Science lesson with Mrs Marston this week. They explored how disease can be prevented and detected in animals, learning about the importance of health monitoring in veterinary and agricultural settings.
To bring their learning to life, the class dissected lamb hearts, giving them a hands-on opportunity to observe the structures they had previously studied when learning about the circulatory system. Our girls’ team came 4th out of 8 schools, with Lois finishing an incredible 2nd place! 👏
The boys’ team had an amazing run, coming 1st with a huge lead, placing Westville on 26 points — a fantastic team effort! 🥇
