Our Year 6 leavers had an unforgettable residential trip to Kingswood, packed full of adventure, laughter and incredible teamwork! 🌟

From canoeing across the water to tackling climbing and abseiling challenges, the children showed fantastic courage and determination throughout. 🧗‍♂️🚣‍♀️ Archery tested their focus, while laser tag brought out their competitive spirit!

There were also plenty of opportunities for teamwork and creativity, from building dens and fires to making lasting memories with friends. 🔥🌲

What a truly special Speech Day! ✨

We are so proud of all our incredible children who were celebrated for their achievements across academics, sport, and the arts 🏆🎭⚽️ — such well-deserved awards and trophies!

A heartfelt goodbye to our amazing and talented Year 6… you have been an absolute joy, and we will miss you so much as you begin your next adventure 💛

We were inspired by fantastic speeches from our Headteacher and Chair of Governors, and thoroughly entertained by a wonderful talk from West End performer @damien_poole from @damienpooletheatrearts 🌟

What an amazing day our children had at @newbyhallandgardens ! 🌟 From zooming down the zip wire to splashing around with the water attractions, every moment was packed with excitement. They loved exploring the adventure playground, bouncing on the boat swings, riding the train, and even sending boats sailing across the lake 🚤

Smiles, laughter, and plenty of adventure from start to finish – a truly brilliant day to remember! 💚 #schooltrip #newbyhall #outdoorfun #thewestvilleway

🍁 Our forest after school club ended with a bang! The children had a go at a bit of Hapa-zome (which is Japanese style leaf printing on a bit of fabric) and on top of the child led fun we had some nice campfire treats to finish. The children had hot dogs for dessert they enjoyed some campfire waffle cone Smore surprise and for third course they had Smore bursts, they were well fed in their last session of the year.

For us marked an end to our year 6 who have been attending the session since we started 5 years ago, so for us it was a nice way for us to end their Westville @gowildoutdoors_ forest school with them.

Our child led sessions here are out for the summer, we will be back on the 7th September. If anyone fancies joining in the GoWild Outdoors forest school club, our sessions run between 4:15-5:15pm each Mondays! Come and join in the fun. #forestschool #outdoorfun #outdoorlearning
