Last Saturday I did a 3 x 2000m / 2 mins rest rowing session. Target in the third interval was sub 7 mins but I couldn’t hack it. Redid the session this eve and boshed the third in 6:59. Pretty deep in the hurt locker for the whole final 2000m but love achieving a goal, no matter how small 👊🙌🥳🚣♀️ (Probs won’t try that again in a hurry) #rowing #training #intervals #rowingmachine #concept2rower #gym #engine #tough #af

Super proud of this guy today. 2km Junior Parkrun test event and he ran the whole thing without a break. Stupid Dad didn’t sort a barcode and forgot to set Strava but I took a vid at the start which was 9:05am and another at the end which was 9:17am so reckon we ran 2km in 12-13 minutes which is some going for a 5 year old.
