In case you missed it, our most asked question for #TalkFlatoutTueMe was how did we start? So, for all those who have wondered, here it is:⠀ ⠀ Flatout Apparel started as Flatout Fitness, a personal training business run by our now CEO @flatoutceo, Jean-yves. The idea for apparel was sparked when he began to make tank tops for his clients and encouraged them to post on social media and tag Flatout Fitness to start to build a presence. This spark grew into something bigger and he had the idea to expand into an apparel line. ⠀ ⠀ Designing then purchasing 100 FLT hats, Flatout Apparel’s first products were born! With no store or ecommerce in sight, Jean-yves started slinging these hats from the trunk of his car at shows, bars, to his friends and family, and anywhere he thought there might be interest. This was the humble beginning of our brand.⠀ From his 100 hat-trunk days, Jean-yves wanted to expand to reach more people. He had ideas upon ideas of what to create next and how he could make this into something bigger than his trunk. There was no Plan B. Flatout Apparel was the only plan and it was going to be big. This drive, ambition, and risky plan drove Jean-yves to make tank tops and shirts and other fitness wear that could reach more people. From there, the brand grew. ⠀ ⠀ 2018 Flatout Apparel became incorporated; the brand was growing fast - adding not only new products but new faces to the roster with our Ambassador Team. 2019 Flatout was gaining major traction and continuing to outdo Jean-yves’ expectations. 2020 was Flatout’s biggest year to date! Jean-yves' focused perspective, and new ideas pushed the company to new heights with the help of not only the incredible Team that we have, but from the amazing support of those who live Flatout. ⠀ ⠀ 2021 and we are still crushing milestones and only continuing to grow from all the support and love that the Fam has!⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼 for a picture from each year Flatout has been building!⠀ ⠀ ⠀ #FlatoutHistory #Flatout⠀
