We all tend to push the backend of our businesses to the wayside. We get caught up in the doing of our business rather than working on our business. We’re definitely guilty of this. 🙋🏼♀️ We wanted to provide you with some ideas of things you can work on in your own business to up-level during this slow season: 👉🏼 Uplevel or create client gifts. If your clients are spending hundreds, or even thousands, on you, then think of a way to thank them and make them feel valued and loved. If you are a product based business, work on your product packaging. Focus on making your packaging branded, professional, and high quality. 👉🏼 Create a TON of content. Create blog posts, pdf freebies, write emails for an email list, and Instagram posts. Work on the nitty gritty content that will help get your name out there and move the needle of your biz forward. 👉🏼 Set a budget. Now is a GREAT time to double check all your finances. Make sure they’re in order and that you’re not overextending yourself with expenses that are costing you more than they’re worth. 👉🏼 Start an email list. Use this time to learn a program and set one up. We love platforms like @flodesk @mailchimp or @activecampaign for starting an email list. Work on setting up email funnels just pouring VALUE into people’s inbox’s. 👉🏼 Pinterest marketing. This is an incredible tool to reach audiences you wouldn’t normally through Facebook and Instagram. Check our recent posts on our feed for more Pinterest tips! 👉🏼 Invest in you and your business. Now is the time to take that course you’ve always wanted, read those business books, and do the research online to better your business. Take initiative and learn something new. Even though it feels like there isn’t as much to do… there’s plenty you can be working on in the back end of your business to up-level during this slow season. You’ve got this, heart fam. We believe in you!!! 💞😘💥
We’re all being affected by COVID-19 in one way or another, whether it’s a canceled wedding day, graduation or trip. It’s heartbreaking canceling and postponing events you spend months looking forward to. We’re in the same boat with ya, friend! 🙋🏼♀️ For us personally... it required postponing our Northern California Heart Workshop. We made the decision two weeks ago, right as all the craziness broke. We were so SO ready to spend this week with some serious boss babes teaching hardcore business tips, making new best friends, shooting alongside each other, spontaneous dance parties and relaxing in the most gorgeous redwood forest. It literally broke our hearts having to postpone. 💔 But here’s the deal... we know we can’t stay in this place of frustration and disappointment. Instead, we HAVE to choose joy in the midst of it all and make the best of it. Because when life hands you lemons, you gotta make lemonade, right?! 🤷🏼♀️🍋💞 We decided when this all happened to somehow STILL provide value for all our workshop attendees. Sooo this afternoon we spent it on a Zoom call answering all our girls’ burning business questions, and giving tangible tips they can use to up level their business. Why?! Because it’s so SO freaking important to us to give value the week they were suppose to receive it. We didn’t want them to wait until later this year to up level their business. We wanted to give it NOW!!! And mannnnnn... it was so good! We not only taught a TON of hardcore business tips, but also got the chance to connect and bond with each other. It makes us THAT much more excited for when we finally have the workshop later this November. We literally cannot wait. 💞 That’s how we’re making light of this situation, turning lemons into lemonade. What’re YOU doing to make light of your situation, friend? Let us know below. 🍋🙌🏼☀️ 📸 @bradysclayton
