Back in 2014, prog rock band Persona Grata had almost finished this song… but it still needed an epic guitar solo 👀🎸
So the band left the rehearsal room for a while — and I improvised this solo, plus additional guitar parts and unison runs with keyboards.
That session started years of amazing collaboration, including performances with Dream Theater and Mike Portnoy’s Progressive Nation at Sea 🚢🔥
