  • Have you noticed a new look on Seventh Avenue recently? The City, along with Resource Environmental, is moving along on a proposed housing development in downtown. This project will begin with the abatement and demolition, provided by Resource Environmental, of the old hospital.

The movement on this project has been a team effort amongst City staff, City Council, and the community. We look forward to seeing more of Seventh Avenue’s new look.
