Last week, we shipped the 3-Tier Cooling Tunnel conveyors, completing all major mechanical installation in just two days. This week, the 5-Tier Cooling Tunnel was finalized and is staged on skids, ready for shipping.
In the video you can also catch a preview of our latest project: a cobot palletizing cell with vision inspection for open flap detection, case control, and slip sheets. Final testing is underway in preparation for FAT — more updates to come!

This week, we completed another successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of our latest high-speed sorting system.
This advanced system is designed to create batches of 12, 24, 36, etc. based on the end-user recipes. It manages a continuous stream of 300 bags per minute from the upstream bagger, ensuring the necessary buffer is in place for the downstream bagger to produce precise seals on the master bags.
The FAT was successfully completed on Tuesday. Today, we delivered and installed the system. Huge shoutout to our team for their dedication and expertise in making this happen. Together, we know how to get it done!

Our asphalt company was able to complete the second lift on our Phase 2 parking lot today. The wet spring has caused a few delays, but we're getting closer to wrapping up this build. Next up: final grading, crushed asphalt pads, and landscaping. 
This week we installed the sign from our previous facility in our new expansion; a dedicated assembly and testing space. With our new capacity we will be able to produce even more projects simultaneously. We presently have 7 active projects in fabrication and assembly, more in engineering. This new addition helps balance our capacity and provides a significant boost in our throughput.
We will post more shop updates soon. Our new pallet racking arrived on Friday and will allow for better organization and efficiency.

We are excited to reveal our most ambitious project to date. In this video we are testing our pick and place positions. Just 2 of the 4 product lanes are running on 1 of 6 cells. This 18-robot array will be packing over 1 million cans per day. Our FAT was a success. Installation begins this weekend!
