• It's been a while since we last posted. Obviously, Covid-19 hit us and our industry hard like so many others across the country and the world. We are so sad for so many reasons during this horrible pandemic. We are so sad for all the brides and grooms who meticulously planned their weddings and looked forward to their big day, only to have to postpone or cancel. We are so sad for all the people out there suffering from this virus or who have lost loved ones to this virus. Like everyone else, never in our lifetime did we think we would ever face anything like this and we pray for everyone out there who is affected directly or indirectly. We took time away and concentrated on a personal project where we spent a month filming a nest of baby great-horned owls. We watched them grow and leave the nest and it was very therapeutic. It helped us cope with all the uncertainties and fears we were, and still are, facing. Spending today looking back over shoots we had just prior to all of this happening and felt like sharing this one. Such a beautiful location in Sedona and this couple was absolutely amazing to work with and up for anything! One morning it was -25 and windy with the wind chill it was painful to shoot let along model this well.   • Seems like a sunrise shoot at Horseshoe Bend would go good enough, but for good measure we threw in a setting full moon for this couple. Seriously though, we did get very lucky to arrive for our shoot to see this gorgeous full moon as it was setting directly over the bend.
