What’s one thing you’re committed to test out this year when it comes to your appearance, image or self confidence? This question was asked to a group of clients this week and here are a few of their responses: * try out a new hair style * focus on skin health * wake up one hour early * join a Bible study * shop sale only racks * experiment wearing new colors * join a community of like minded women And so much more. Trying something out and testing it is a pro active way to strengthen your self image inside and out. Give yourself the permission to try something new. When my mentor and good friend shared this with me, it opened up a reservoir of creativity and aliveness! How about you? Are you test out trying something new today! Give yourself permission to start. Encouraging you to live life IMAGE STRONG!! Xo Lisa

What are you re-setting, re-adjusting, re-starting or re-focusing on this year? Earlier this month in Wardrobe Wednesday I shared a favorite planning tool my husband and I use to set goals while keeping balance in our high priority roles and activities. It’s called the 7 F’s method of setting intentions and creating more balance in life. I’ve found this tool effective when setting daily intentions to annual goals. What actions can you take in each of these areas this week to strengthen your joy and satisfaction? Test it out, see if it helps you keep first things first in what you’re up to. Click link in bio to receive your weekly Wardrobe Wednesday. 7 Favorite F-Words #faith #family #friends #focus #fitness #finances #fun Seems simple right? If this can help you keep first things first in your life, take a moment and ask yourself what’s one action I can take in each of these areas. Focus could be whatever you say is important and is a goal for you outside the other F-words. How about de-cluttering your closet, attention to self care, re-thinking your style or clothing for how you want to show up daily! What are you re-starting, re-adjusting, re-focusing or re-setting in your life? Encouraging you to live life image STRONG!

One of the many blessings this year has been literally spending almost every day with this guy!!! Our apartment turned into a WE-Work space, home gym, video recording studio, outfit styling area, retreat, quiet time with God, cafeteria, dance floor, poker night space, and air bnb for all the kids when they came home for the holidays!! Wouldn’t do it any other way! #grateful #fullheart #faith #family #friends #future #fun Photo cred - @austintfischer

Who needed this today? Creating a safe place for women to grow their image and appearance confidence is one of the 4 pillars behind the professional styling services at LFS. Over thinking, stressing and feeling anxious can steal from your purpose and passion. It can rob your joy and open your mind to the big fat “C” word. Comparison. However , comparison can be used in a positive way and to our advantage. For example, when working with a new client, one exercise we work thru to create a collage of outfits - pictures of moods and various looks. Many times during this exercise the subject of comparison may begin. It can show up comparing body type, coloring, hair or age of the model compared to the client. Getting distracted by comparing our perceived worse with someone else’s perceived best can take us down a road filled with time wasting detours we never intended to take. What can you do the next time you feel yourself comparing? How can you use it to your advantage? How about the next time you feel yourself comparing, try in admiring instead. Notice what you admire about the photo, the outfit or the woman. Ask yourself if you know how to emulate those things you admire. If not, consider making a list of resources and get a plan of action. If strengthening your image or appearance confidence is important to you... you’re invited to a complimentary consultation call. Link in bio! Coming soon ! What’s an area you’re believing progress in? January 1, 2020 my commitment was to let go of what no longer serves me and make a conscious decision each month to to let go of one thing. I did things like hired a professional organizer one month because clutter was no longer serving me. Spent a full day deleting files from my computer because digital clutter was no longer serves me. Hired a professional decorator because second guessing myself was no longer serving me. Started a fitness program because weakness and pain was no longer serving me. Skydived with my husband and adult children because fear was no longer serving me . Joined a walk thru the Bible study because isolation with other like minded women of Faith was no longer serving me. Began a new way of eating because sluggishness and low energy were no longer serving me. Adopted advanced level closet editing practices because not finding things was no longer serving me. 2020 has been many things to many people. For me it’s been a turn towards progress of letting go and in its place inviting possibility of what could be! The result has been refreshment for my soul, clearly more present for my family and clients and the idea of purpose has taken a whole new meaning! How about you? What areas of life are you believing progress in? If letting go of closet clutter is on your list... check out the link in my bio... you’re invited to a closet refresh webinar I’m hosting this Thursday, 10am PST. Together, let’s finish 2020 STRONG! Encouraging you to live life Image Strong!

Happy Sunday ladies🙋🏻♀️🙏 Sharing a huge revelation clients are talking about... The most common bait to steal joy is speaking negative words over ourself. I’m stupid, I don’t know, I’m confused, I don’t get it, I’m overwhelmed! This past month I taught a class called Flipped Mindset to clients in one of our Image Strong groups. We discussed how the words we speak daily significantly affect how we feel about ourself. We did a challenge! Each of us committed for 30 days to write down words we regularly say to ourself about ourself. OMGosh! Revelation! This class content was created out of my own revelation when a dear friend called me a few weeks ago and asked me the same questions! I was shocked!!! How about you? What words do you speak over yourself? Write them down. Take notice when negative words leave your lips. Start your own 30 day challenge. Flip your words! I’m smart I’m enough I’m resourceful I’m loveavle I’m worthy Start today!! Why not? You’re worth it!!❤️ Encouraging you to live life Image Strong!

One minute jewelry tip with Designer and Founder of Ferocious Gem, Debbie Marie Haggin. Transition your jewelry from summer to Fall using these tips: 🌼Add warmth to your summer jewelry collection. pairing neutral colors such as off white, tan or browns. 🌼Experiment with various shades, metals, stones, and textures. It’s okay to break out of matchy matchy. (I’m a huge matchy matchy girl so this is fun to play with). 🌼Bracelet stacking is a great way to add multiple colors quickly and easily.
