I LOVE when my clients bring their dogs to sessions! I mean is there really anything cuter?! 😍 And these two have me feeling all the fall vibes today in their sweaters 🍁 Speaking of, head over to my stories right now & learn how to receive early VIP access to my fall mini sessions launching next week (and there may just be a special surprise for you, too!) I can't wait for fall to finally arrive, who's with me?? Happy Friday, friends!!
Josh and I went on an impromptu date last night. We got Italian food because I had been craving good lasagna, ever since I tried to cook one myself last week. It came out of the oven chewy AND crunchy. 🤦🏻♀️ Like how is that even possible?? The force is clearly not strong with me when it comes to cooking. Luckily Josh loves me anyway, and still tells me it’s good when I know it’s not! He’s a keeper 💗
My #tuesdayweddingtip today is about one of my favorite things in the world: FLOWERS 🌸 When it comes to your bouquet, always opt for real flowers if you can. Fresh flowers can be expensive, but you can totally stay within budget, and here's how! 1. When meeting with your florist, give them your color palette and share your inspiration photos with them. But instead of listing out all of the types of flowers you want, give them your price point and what color you want your bouquet to be. This way, the florist has room to choose from flowers that are in season or may be more affordable in your area. And if you want your bouquet to be full or cascading, ask your florist to fill it with lots of greenery.🌿 Greenery is very affordable and looks fantastic filling out a bouquet! 2. Visit a wholesale flower market and make your own bouquet. I visited one in Nashville a few months ago and had so much fun piecing together my own arrangement, and they even offer times for your whole bridal party to come in and make their bouquets together! 💐 And the best part is, you'll pay market prices for the blooms and probably have a lot left over too make centerpieces with. 3. Order a pre-made bouquet from somewhere like Farmgirl Flowers. These will ship right to your door and only need a little water and they're ready to go! These bouquets are already made so you don't have to put them together. ✂️ They come in a variety of sizes on different websites, and you can color coordinate them with your wedding palette, as well. Every muscle in my body is sore, but that’s the sign of an amazing wedding day in my book! Samantha looked like a goddess yesterday.✨ Joy and grace suit her so well, as does her new last name. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith, have so much fun on your honeymoon!
