What happens when you have an adorable couple, beautiful light, wildflowers, tall grass, and a canoe?!!!! MAGIC!
A cell phone shot of my girls that typically don’t get space in my pretty feed, and a little note of transparency. . . . Let me be perfectly clear. When you see me this year traveling and shooting a TON of weddings, please know that this is not the business that I designed. I’ve proudly built a business, quite slowly, that has allowed me to be home with my kids and enjoy plenty of family time. This year is going to look a whole lot different. Because of the lack of a normal 2020 wedding season, I’ve had to double up on weddings this year to accommodate all of the reschedules and to replace lost income. Because of that, my schedule from July to December is quite full! It’s not normal for me to do multiple double header weekends and it’s not normal for me to not have at least one full weekend off each month. This is not what I teach. I just wanted to be perfectly clear of that in case what you see this year doesn’t seem to add up to what I talk about all the time! That being said, I’m so thankful for all of my 2021 couples and can’t wait for a beautiful, full, joyful year of weddings!
Happy Friday!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What can I tell you about myself today? If you've been here long at all, you already know I love to travel, love water and the beach, have 5 darling daughters, and you might even know that I've photographed couples in 11 states. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So, let's talk about you! Tell me the ONE thing you are most excited for this summer! Okay, okay, you can share 2-3 if you can't narrow it down to just one.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📷 @jenniferpiercephotography
Happy June! This month is a little quieter for me now that all of the kids’ end of year events are over. I have two amazing weddings on the schedule that I cannot wait to share, a few engagement sessions and a whole lot of summer fun with the kids. June and July for my business are kind of a calm before the storm. Once mid-August hits, my schedule is jam packed through the holidays. What’s on your summer bucket list this year?
