Are you an ice cream or whipped cream person? Or dare I say both? In Summer, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp reigns supreme. This grain-free and vegan friendly crisp tastes like summer in a bowl with sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb. Now, I like to top it with a big ol' scoop of vanilla ice cream, but what about you-- ice cream or whipped cream? 😋 Get the recipe up on the blog! lizwinterswellness.com/2019/05/strawberry-rhubarb-crisp/ #sproutwellness #paleo #primal #realfood #dessert #grainfreebaking #grainfree #glutenfreebaking #vegan #summerdesserts #brunch #recipe #prenatalnutrition #pregnancynutrition #postpartum #toddlerfoods
NAME CHANGE! 🤩😍🤩 Friends! I'm so excited (also nervous, a little sad and a lot happy) to make the official switch from Sprout Wellness to @LizWintersWellness. This switch not only reflects the big website and brand overhaul I've been going through the last several months, but also the intense evolution of my business through the last four years. This next adventure is going to be a good one. I can feel it. Thanks for coming along for the ride! If you haven't checked out the AMAZING work @pinegateroad did on my website, go give it a gander! I want to know what you think! ✨ Lizwinterswellness.com ✨

What stops you from adventuring? We are finally headed back north after a week on the road. It's been a big adventure, not without its tough moments, but overall so magical. We were apprehensive about this trip. Our budget is limited, our daughter is newly potty trained, we were nervous about stepping away from work, and we've never done anything like this before. But as our surroundings shifted, our cares melted away. We'd get to our next stop, whenever, and just enjoy the ride. We hiked, we played, we peed on the side of the highway. The intentional adventure-filled family time was just what we all needed. Taking a 10 days off to drive up and down the West Coast may not be your idea of adventure, but I want to know what is! Where will your next adventure take you?!
