This week we invite you to get wild with the Dee Dee Wilde Band! The 5-piece ensemble features three vocalists, a keyboard player and a saxophonist. Lead singer Dee Dee has an undeniable vocal range – from sweet and low like Sade to dramatic like Whitney. The music will span six decades. You choose dancing shoes or lawn chair. 🏈 The City of West Palm Beach is scoring a touchdown with its Super Clematis by Night event! While the highlight of the festive celebration is a FREE Smash Mouth concert, there will be tons of additional activities the entire family can enjoy. Be sure not to miss concert opener Big Sky, a performance by the Palm Beach Lakes High School Marching Band, cheerleaders, a live-art, chalk painting by local artists, the Chalk Guys, courtesy of the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, and several sports stations for children to experience a variety of sports, courtesy of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. The clinicals include hockey by the Florida Panthers, skating by Palm Beach Skate Zone, soccer by N Zone Sports, gymnastics by Gymnastics Revolution, golf by Inner City Youth Golf and martial arts by Cardon’s Academy. The interactive experiences will be programmed all along Clematis Street, as the 100, 200 and 300 blocks will be closed to vehicle traffic for the super celebration.
