Dr. Joseph Ward, Chemistry Instructional Lab Services Manager, has been named as part of the 2026 class of ACS Fellows!
The ACS Fellows Program recognizes members of the American Chemical Society for exceptional professional contributions and excellent volunteer service to the ACS community.
Dr. Ward is commended for his excellence in laboratory management and pedagogical reform, including the transformation of the undergraduate laboratory learning experience and strategic integration of Generative AI into the chemical enterprise. Additionally, he is recognized for sustained technical and fiscal leadership within the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry, including the engineering of digital infrastructure that provides over one million users annually with critical chemical resources.
