Start with a large square silk scarf. Fold it in half diagonally from corner to corner to create a large triangle.
Wrap the triangle around your back, keeping the smooth, flat side against your skin. Bring the two long ends around to the front of your chest.
Pull the ends tightly to ensure the top feels secure, then tie them together in a double knot right in the center of your chest.
